What is Elevate Crew Academy (ECA)?

Elevate Crew Academy (ECA) is a platform dedicated to providing yacht crew members with expert-led, practical masterclasses to improve their skills, enhance wellness, and succeed in the demanding yachting industry. Our courses are designed by industry professionals with firsthand experience to ensure the content is relevant and impactful.

When is the launch date for the courses?

Our first three courses will officially launch on July 1st. This date will give us time to finalize filming, editing, and the full setup for the 90-day marketing push.

What topics do the masterclasses cover?

We’ll be offering a wide range of masterclasses, including:

Wellness & Fitness for Yacht Crew
Professional Development & Leadership in Yachting
Crew Management & Performance
Entrepreneurial Skills for Yachting Professional
And more!

Each course is designed to help crew succeed in their specific role and thrive in the demanding environment of yachting.

How can I register for a course?

You’ll be able to register for any of our courses directly through our website starting from July 1st. Make sure to join our mailing list for updates and sneak peeks before the launch!

Will there be a certification after completing the courses?

Yes, upon completing each course, you’ll receive a certificate. But more importantly, our goal is to help you build a portfolio that you can add to your CV, such as a fishing or painting portfolio, showcasing your new skills and achievements.

Can I become an instructor at ECA?

Yes, we are always looking for experienced professionals to join our team of instructors. If you have expertise in a relevant field and are passionate about educating others in the yachting industry, we’d love to hear from you. Get in touch with us through the website for more details.

What is the Bonus Commission Structure for instructors who become Directors?

For instructors who take on a Director-level role and assist with onboarding new Masterclass instructors and in-person certifications, we offer the following bonus commission structure:

+10% bonus commission on your own courses for the first 100 sales.
5% ongoing commission for any new instructor you onboard, for the lifetime of their course sales.

This is to recognize the additional responsibilities that come with helping grow and shape ECA.

Will you have affiliate programs for other certifications?

Yes! We are partnering with Drone Pilot School to offer drone certification courses and Dive Raid for diving certifications. This will allow yacht crew to gain qualifications in additional skill sets useful onboard.

Will ECA provide recognized certifications?

Our long-term goal is to provide yacht crew with certifications in areas such as Yoga, Personal Training (PT), and more. We aim to have our qualifications recognized by the MCA (Maritime and Coastguard Agency) and are working toward partnering with larger yacht schools to broaden our certification offerings.
