At Elevate Crew Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training and
educational experiences for all students. By purchasing a course through our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy:

1. Non-Refundable Policy

All course purchases are non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our content and the immediate access granted upon enrollment, we do not offer refunds for any course or program once payment has been processed.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases (e.g., documented medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances), a refund or credit may be considered at the sole discretion of Elevate Crew Academy. Such requests must:

● Be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase;
● Include full details and supporting documentation;
● Be sent to accounting@elevatecrewacademy.com.
We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet these criteria.

3. Third-Party and Partner Courses

Elevate Crew Academy works in collaboration with independent instructors, schools, and external businesses. If you have purchased a course that is hosted, delivered, or operated in partnership with another business or training provider, your refund request must be directed to that specific school or business. Each partner may have its own refund and cancellation policy.

For clarity:

● If you booked directly through a partner’s website, please refer to their refund policy.
● If you booked through our website but the course is clearly marked as affiliated with a third-party provider, we will assist with forwarding your request but do not process refunds on their behalf.

4. Course Access and Use

Once a course has been accessed (viewed, downloaded, or started), it is considered “used,” and no refund will be granted under any circumstance except as noted in Section 2.

5. Transfer or Credit

While refunds are not guaranteed, in some approved cases we may offer a one-time transfer to another course or a store credit valid for 12 months.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue will be considered a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to pursue legal action or recover costs associated with any unauthorized chargeback.

7. Policy Updates

Elevate Crew Academy reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
